Indira Gandhi International Airport has 3 Arrival Terminals. T1 also known as 1C and T2 cater to domestic passengers arrival and T3 serves as the arrival point for all domestic as well as International passengers. Major Airlines operating from T1 arrival section is Go-Air, Indigo, and Spicejet. T2 handles only Indigo and Go-air. IGI T3 terminal caters to all operational International carrier and Domestic carriers like Jet Airways, Air India, Emirates, Etihad Airways, Lufthansa, British Airways, Air France, Cathay Pacific, Malaysian airlines, Turkish Airways, and Air Asia.
Access to Baggage claim is through the aerobridges or the bus gates. You will find the baggage claim section located on the ground floor. When you take the bus gate, you will reach this area directly. However, if you are taking the aerobridge, you will have to come to the first floor. In case of any problem, you can seek the help of an airport staff. Once you claim the luggage, proceed to the Arrival Gate. It takes around 15-45 minutes for your baggage to reach the baggage claim area.
