New Delhi Airport also knows as Indira Gandhi International airport – IGI Airport (IATA: DEL, ICAO: VIDP) is among the busiest and state of the art airports in the world. This airport serves to the requirement of ever increasing civil aviation requirement for the National capital of India, New Delhi. Situated 28.5562° N, 77.1000° E at an elevation of 237 Meter above sea level it is geographically situated in Palam almost 16 Km from the city of Gurugram and 16 Kms from New Delhi railway station which is at the center of New Delhi thus making it easily accessible through Road, railway and Metro train. It connects to all Domestic airports within the country and Major international airports around the world and handles approximately 100 Million passengers each year which is expected to touch 100 million by 2030. It is also India’s largest cargo traffic handling airport. Delhi airport is few of India’s airport with 4430 m runway with 60 m width and equipped with arrival and landing lights system rated CAT III-B/CAT III-B

It has 3 Major operational terminals Terminal 1- T1, Terminal 2- T2 and Terminal 3- T3, the latest one is the T3.
